• Our Living Spanish Culture Team works hard to ensure that our guests stay in safe, nice and clean homes and have peace of mind to fully enjoy their stay in Valencia. All are located in very nice neighbourhoods, often in the city centre with excellent access to public transport.
• Many of these host family members have been working with us since 2003, over the years, they have added their close friends and relatives to the LSC network, actually we have a close and long-term relationship, all of them are mature and trusted people.
• The host family members are used to welcoming visitors from overseas.
• All guest rooms are separate, cosy and fully furnished and have an external window or balcony. Some of them with 24-hour internet access.

How to book Homestay Accommodation in Valencia?  Please, note:

1.- You need to pay a deposit in advance, this is part of the total amount payable. You then pay the remaining sum directly to your host family. The deposit is a guarantee of your booking and can be made effective by visa credit card or a bank transfer. We send you  the full details of your Host in Valencia (home’s telephone and mobile phone of your Host with the full address), only once made effective the payment of the deposit.

2.- You must send us a scanned copy of your passport and the passports of anyone else joining you.

3.- Contact us!  We are glad to inform you of many questions you might have.

Final Prices of your homestay accommodation in Valencia:

All prices are nett prices, that is, there are no additional or hidden fees.

Final price includes daily breakfast and full dinner, laundry and maid services, microwave and a space in the family fridge to keep your food fresh. Also all general expenses.

Where are located our Host Families in Valencia?

All of them are located in very nice and safe neighborhoods in  the City Center, with excellent conections with public transport and easy access from the Airport and the main train stations “Valencia-Nord” and “Valencia-Joaquin Sorolla”, shopping areas full of bars and restaurants with nice terraces, Old City, the Promenade and the most beautiful beaches, trendy areas etc. Many of them are located few metres away from the superb City Arts and Sciences of Santiago Calatrava.
