Living Spanish Culture offers a unique Spanish Language and Culture. We focus 50% of our program on developing communication skills in Spanish by meeting and interacting with Spanish people…and the other 50% on a rich mix of cultural activities to help you discover Spain, Spanish Culture and the Spanish people.
This Summer Course is UNIQUE: it combines 50% of Classroom Learning and 50% of Outdoor Fun!
No prior knowledge of Spanish is needed to join this course.

The Universidad Politecnica de Valencia (UPV) is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Europe. It ranks among the top universities in Spain, and is an ideal place for learning Spanish as a Foreign Language.
UPV has a fully equipped self-access multimedia Language Lab with a large range of autonomous learning packages, text and reference books, and multimedia courseware. It includes a video room with a seating capacity for 25 people and over 1,300 films and teaching programmes, both on VHS and on DVD.
UPV is also a recognized examiner for the official Spanish language accreditation exams organised by the Instituto Cervantes. The “Spanish as a Foreign Language Diploma” (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera - DELE), issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education, tests linguistic competence at five levels: Beginner-A1, False Beginner-A2, Lower intermediate-B1, Upper intermediate-B2 and Advanced-C1.

Teaching Method
The teaching method employed is communicative, participative and adapted to students in an efficient, intensive and enjoyable teaching-learning environment.
Our Spanish Teachers
They are all native speakers who are qualified and experienced in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. They can speak English-German-French and Japanese and can thus explain grammar points easily to students.
Learning Outcomes
This program focuses on all the 4 language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The language skills developed will help the student to communicate efficiently in different daily life situations.
Spanish Culture Discovery Tours
Our summer course features a great range of social and cultural activities where you can explore Spain, practice your Spanish, make new friends and have fun!
Course Certification
At the end of course, you are awarded an official Certificate of Achievement as well as a Certificate of Attendance by the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia.
University Credits
You can earn European Higher Education Credits for courses in the Universidad Politecnica de Valencia.

This program features a lot of cultural activities that give you an insight into the Spanish way of life. Every week, from Friday to Sunday, the Venamicasa team will accompany you to explore this beautiful land:
Valencia: Old City (2000 years), City Arts and Sciences, The Cathedral, La Lonja (World Heritage), The Bullring, Town Hall, Lladro Porcelain Museum and factory and many others.
Xativa: Monumental City. Summer Festival and Bullfights.
Bunyol: Tomato’s Festival.
Sagunto: History and cultures of the Iberian Peninsula reflected in its castles.
3. Half board:
1. Daily breakfast,and dinner.
2. Spanish meals, typical dishes and Tapas
3. Clean linen and towels
4. Once a week the room is cleaned and the laundry washed.
5. Free use of the fridge and microwave.
6. Cultural sightseeing tours with a tour guide.
