What is the International Access to the university? P.A.U.
International students who want to get access to Spanish universities may get recognized in Spain their secondary school degree, but they also have to pass the university entry examination “PRUEBA DE ACCESO A LA UNIVERSIDAD” (P.A.U.)
Spain has signed agreements with many countries around the word recognizing their secondary school degrees, but once students have obtain the degree recognition, they must take the examination P.A.U. This examination is similar to the one administered to ordinary students, but they are exempted from taking the exam of the co-official languages, History and Geography subjects.
For students coming from a different educational system it is usually becomes difficult to prepare on their own for this examination. The INTERNATIONAL ACCESS COURSE (P.A.U) at the prestigious Universidad Politecnica de Valencia, in Valencia-Spain, is designed to help students pass successfully this examination, which can give them access to the Spanish University.
